Our brand new complex
It consists of 6 two-storey houses of size 105-120 sq.m., which can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people. Each residence has spacious and bright rooms, decorated with special taste and unique quality.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with 2 sofa-beds and a kitchen-dining area, characterized by quality, ergonomic and excellent equipment.
Limosa Luxury residences in full respect of people with mobility matters provide easy accessibility to all residences. Additionally, our complex includes Limosa Special Residence, which is discreetly designed to offer disabled visitors the most comfortable and pleasant vacations.
The balconies and terraces are offered for family meals or moments of relaxation, while the whole residence is protected by autonomous alarm systems. At the sunny center of the complex there is a swimming pool surrounded by umbrellas and sunbeds, for free use by guests.
